Order Problems

Where is my order confirmation? 
You should receive an order confirmation email within 4 hours of placing your order online. If you don't receive an order confirmation, please contact customer service at : service@barnandstable.net

Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your online account and clicking order status. If you don't have an online account, contact customer service to setup an online password.

You will receive a ship confirmation email when your order ships. If your order is shipped via FedEx, USPS, or another carrier, you will receive a ship confirmation email, but you will need to contact customer service to track your package.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We work hard to process your order quickly. After your order has been placed, if all items are in stock, your order goes directly to the warehouse and regrettably it cannot be cancelled or changed. The products may be on their way to you by the time we receive your cancellation or change request. 

If the items are on backorder, you can substitute or cancel at any time.

Are you missing parts to an item?

Are you missing an item? 
Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. If this is the case, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized. If the item is listed on your packing slip and was not included in your order, then contact customer service.
